Frito-Lay Manisa

In 2018, modern and durable roof and facade panel applications were realized on a total area of 90,516 m² in cooperation with Alsim and Ora Construction in the Frito-Lay factory project in Manisa. Within the scope of the project, membrane systems and facade panels on rockwool-filled sheet metal roof panels were used to provide the Frito-Lay Manisa Factory with a long-lasting and energy-efficient structure.

This large-scale industrial project brought together Alsim’s expertise in roof and facade systems and Ora Construction’s high quality construction standards. This important factory project in Manisa is among Alsim’s references, proving that it is a reliable partner for industrial facilities that require large-scale and customized solutions.

Rockwool-filled panels, which were preferred for the roof and facade of the Frito-Lay Manisa Factory, contributed to the operational efficiency of the factory by providing high heat and sound insulation. In addition, thanks to the membrane system applied, the water resistance of the roof was increased and a maintenance-free solution was offered for many years.
