As Alsim, we crowned our expertise in the exterior shell solutions of industrial buildings with another huge project. As a result of our successful cooperation with Grup İnşaat, we delivered the roofand facade coating works of the19,750 m² project, which is located in Dilovası Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone and implemented on behalf of Istanbul Makina.

Project Details and Application Solutions

Focusing on the durability and energy efficiency criteria required by modern industrial buildings, we implemented the following technical solutions in the project:

• Membrane Roofing: With membrane systems that provide maximum performance in waterproofing, we provided long-lasting and safe protection on large-span industrial roofs.
• Rockwool Filled Facade Panel: With the rockwool-filled panels used in the facade cladding of the project, we met both high fire safety and high-level heat and sound insulation standards.
• Sustainable Approach: In all the details we implemented, we prioritized techniques that will contribute to the energy saving targets and environmental sustainability of industrial facilities.

This project, completed with Alsim assurance, has taken its place among our strong references in the Dilovası region. With more than 25 years of experience in industrial roof and facade systems, we continue to add value to large-scale industrial investments.
