About Alsim
Since its establishment in 1999, Alsim has completed more than 6,000,000 square meters of membrane roofing and facade cladding projects for industrial buildings in Turkey and abroad for a quarter of a century. In recent years, it has integrated the use of solar energy into membrane roof cladding, which it specializes in, and offers an interdisciplinary way of working.
Our company has a structure that develops and implements solutions for all kinds of projects with its experienced expert engineers and architects.

Alsim Strong Staff, Reliable Projects
Alsim is a quarter-century old construction company, built on the solid foundations of its founders Serdar Pakakar and Nedim Üngör, with years of experience and expertise in the sector. Under the dynamic leadership of General Coordinator Kerem Topçam and Assistant General Coordinator Burak Tıkansak, Alsim aims to maximize quality and customer satisfaction in every project.
Each member of our experienced staff plays a critical role in the success of our projects. Under the effective management of Construction Sites Manager İsmail BAŞOĞLU, a meticulous work is carried out at our construction sites, and Technical Office Architect Belfu Belkıs GÖZMEN, Volkan YILMAZ and Technical Office Engineer Aleyna ERTUĞRUL pay attention to the aesthetic and engineering details of our projects. Our Site Supervisors Civil Engineers Ahmet KAPLAN (Class B OHS Specialist), Mahsun İLHAN, Batuhan YAYLAN, Mehmet UYANIK and Şafak AVŞAR ensure that our projects are completed on time and with high quality. The contribution of hundreds of employees working devotedly in our construction sites to our projects is an undeniable fact.
Our strong administrative staff consisting of Personnel and Logistics Manager Semra BOZBEY, Finance Manager Emre POLAT and Accounting Officer Emrah CAN contribute to the smooth progress of our operational processes. As Alsim İnşaat, occupational health and safety is one of our top priorities at all our construction sites and we work meticulously in this regard.
